  2. All digital marketing services—including SEO, PPC, social media management, content creation, web development, and branding—are non-refundable once the project has been initiated, a campaign has gone live, or resources have been allocated.
  3. Refund Eligibility
  4. Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Duplicate payments made in error.
    • Service not rendered as per the agreed scope of work (with supporting documentation).
    • Cancellation of service within 24 hours of payment before any work has commenced.
  5. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • Change of mind after service initiation.
    • Lack of subjective results (e.g., fewer leads, slower ranking improvements, etc.).
    • Delay or non-performance due to client delays, lack of content approvals, or incomplete inputs.

  8. Refunds for custom or bundled service packages are not applicable once the strategy and resources have been deployed.
  9. Third-Party Expenses
  10. We are not liable to refund third-party costs (e.g., advertising spend, software subscriptions, or hosting fees) once incurred.

  14. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of services and legal action to recover any associated fees.
